Dr Nathan Walker

Vision Centre Gold Coast is very pleased to announce Dr Nathan Walker has joined the team. He has a special interest in diseases and surgery of the retina, vitreous, and macula, and offers a full-time presence on the Gold Coast with convenient access to our on-site day surgery facility. Following his general ophthalmology training here in Queensland, Dr Walker completed 2 1/2 years of vitreoretinal fellowships at the UK's Oxford Eye Hospital, and Moorfields Eye Hospital in London.

With intensive training in both routine and complex retinal cases such as retinal detachment, epiretinal membranes, macular holes, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and retinal vascular disease, Dr Walker is a valuable resource for the Gold Coast and surrounding regions.

Dr Nathan Walker is also accredited to conduct Aviation and Defence Force assessments.

Vision Centre Gold Coast covers a broad range of ophthalmic specialties with the latest in surgical techniques, equipment, and technology to offer the best available care for patients.
